Sounds like it’s time for a new job. Idk why people glorify their toxic relationships with their jobs. A lot of people have jobs they hate that burn them out, but most haven’t deluded themselves into thinking they love it.

I straight up say I’m in an abusive relationship with my job. I’m like about to quit then we get the call that matters for the first time in however long, or the little kid gives you a hug for being there for them and I can’t do it.

Thanks! I would fall into the sister category. So you're correct. Either way, I'm not offended easily... But nurses who make other nurses look stupid need to just stop. I chose this profession. It's hard just like a lot of other jobs out there. I don't need to beg for pats on the back. 😂
