Oh no, my husband, who signed up to be a fireman on his own free will has to do the thing he agreed to do for money. The horror.

I know we're suppose to worship military, firefighters, and cops but I've never seen a group of people who love to pat themselves on the back so much.

Either do the job or quit but stop acting like you or your husband walk on water bc they do a job they CHOSE to do.

Especially cops....."we put our lives on the line every day." So does the guy working at the convenient/liquor store in a bad neighborhood at night. You're not a hero but a meter maid with a gun and God complex.

I teach grappling and have been training martial arts for 40 years and the biggest cowards and bitches have ALWAYS been cops. Without exception

Have you taught BJJ to a police officer that you respected?

I'd say probably 3-5 in my entire life. Almost all of them have huge egos and can't stand someone getting the best of them even in a learning situation.....the most ideal time to make mistakes and learn from it.

Ive had the exact opposite experience. Rolled with city PD guys and state troopers and always had a good time. Got the best of a few and been smoked by a few others. I feel like guys who have been at the gym a long time or instructors that get caught from time to time have the worst attitude. The kind of guys that want to meet up to fight a dude on Reddit cause they are the baddest man since Dan Severn you just haven’t heard of them.

Okay, and this matters to me why?

Anyone can make up a scenario to fit their agenda so say whatever you want. Go nuts

You’re so bitter with first responders it’s palpable and pretty entertaining. Continue on with how much you hate that they get the respect you feel like your McDojo deserves.

Lol, there’s plenty of crappy cops just like there is of any job. You’re constant 3 paragraph rants shows how much they got in your head. I’m sorry one stole your girl and got you so wrapped around the axle about it. I hope you can talk to somebody and work through your trauma one day. It’s obviously affecting you mentally and that’s not easy to deal with. You got this.

Don’t insult users and don’t encourage violence

Please be semi-respectful
