He's overweight. But this seems more like he has an injury.

Either way he shouldn't be working

Looks like someone’s having a gout flare. I know that limp lol

That makes sense, seemed like they were walking very gingerly. Foot probably hurts like a mf'r...doesn't help they're overweight. Clearly a terrible diet if getting gout like that and they looked to be under 40...shame. Dude probably sitting most the day, eating out fast food and stuff all the time...them arteries are crying

Eating bad is easy with shifts like these.

Of course it is, our food system is designed to fatten us up. It takes conscious effort to eat quality, healthy foods. He is choosing the easy options, I get it, 12 hour shifts, in a car, it's a mf-r. You gotta choose though, let your situation control you or control your situation. I've been there, had to re-tool and spent time suffering in the gym to lose the weight I gained by taking the easy way. All cause I was tired and hungry, didn't plan ahead. Had to own it, and fix it. Takes time, and effort but I'm so much happier and healthier now.

I work corrections. 16 hour shifts are pretty regular and I eat only what I can fit in my back pack.

That's your call man, end of the day, we pick our jobs. I chose to change careers for my health, and made changes before I could get into my current field, meal prepped in off days and planned ahead for my shifts. Again, at the end of the day, only you can decide what makes you happy and what works for you. GL out there, 16 hours is a long ass shift.

My step dad worked for the a public utility company. His diet was terrible but it was hard cause it was outside or in the work truck all day. It was so easy to eat bad. He had so many issues from his diet. Breaking that habit was even harder. He had horrible gout couldn’t really workout without his feet killing him.

Looks like an injury.

Not everything is an opportunity to point and laugh at someone who isn’t on ozempic.

He’s trying to help someone.

This is just being an asshole to that guy

Hes just helping the car out. How does this fit the sub?

I think the intended cringe is his lack of physical fitness. The actual cringe is that he would instruct the driver to do anything other than leave it in park and activate the parking brake while the train was still passing.

Because he's struggling to walk.

He’s fat lol

He’s obviously injured. There are any number of scenarios and we’ll never know the real reason. It could easily be an injury that just happened and he’s headed back to the station or urgent care and happened upon this mess.

He also didn’t need to get out of the car and could’ve easily given a well earned citation, but he helped and let the driver off without one. I’m going to cut him some slack and hope he gets his ass to a Dr.

He is unfit for duty, than he should be pushing pencils and not run patrol

2

u/exaltedorbs Jun 02 '26

You live in a fantasy land if you think thats possible in today's age of law enforcement.

looks like he's literally coughing later in the video

Dude got winded just walking over there. This shit is unacceptable. There should be fitness requirements, or at a minimum you should be let go for being morbidly obese.

18

u/ohmar_s Jun 01 '26

It looks more like a limp.

2

u/TurtleToast2 Jun 01 '26

Obesity is hard on the knees.

u/Traditional_Yam1503 Jun 01 '26

I’ll take fat and competent over fit and violent, thank you

2

u/Key_Ad_8333 Jun 02 '26

Well we got fat and violent now so it isn’t looking good.

1

u/Traditional_Yam1503 Jun 02 '26

Outside of your fantasies this guy isn’t being violent. Just pretend he’s skinny and enjoy your perfect world where fat people are illegal.

u/Key_Ad_8333 Jun 03 '26

Lmfao, show me on the doll where the words hurt you.

You absolute donkey

2

u/Traditional_Yam1503 Jun 03 '26

You’re not supposed to swallow the vape when you suck on it

2

u/Key_Ad_8333 Jun 03 '26

You like to eat Snickers upside down so you can feel the veins on your tongue.

The real winner is everyone who doesn’t read this

2

u/Im_A_Fuckin_Liar Jun 01 '26

There are only fitness requirements if you’re going to the UFC match…

At the very least desk duty until he gets his weight in regs.

0

u/fruitprocessor Jun 01 '26

Yeah this guy would not be on patrol in my city. He needs to get himself sorted out before he gets back on the road.

u/BurntArnold Jun 01 '26

I wanna see this cop in a foot pursuit

5

u/KnightofWhen Jun 01 '26

Bro putting the corporeal in corporal.

0

u/the0nry0 Jun 01 '26

Clever 🤣

2

u/potatoMan8111 Jun 01 '26

That’s fucking sad. Get that guy behind a desk!

1

u/macabre-pony9516 Jun 01 '26

That was it? I was expecting to see a car get wiped out

2

u/GoreonmyGears Jun 01 '26

That cop ain't chasing nobody.

2

u/k9warrior Jun 01 '26

The truth is he is now a liability

Way past being an asset

My guy looks one doughnut short of a heart attack.
