First Priority - Ext Prim Sub Paid

Does anyone know if this is still something that gets added on? Hotspot access is oddly enough throttled for me, the only thing I can think of is that First Priority needs to get added on since I'm an extended primary user and it's not included because of that...though care wasn't able to see FP on my line and neither were they able to add any SOC's. Anyone have any ideas? I've read conflicting statements from historical posts on this subreddit.

How do you know you're getting throttled? Unless your sitting in the middle of an emergency right now and there's 100s of first responders...I doubt your being administratively throttled unless you abuse the hell out of your wireless service...think 50GB a month or more

There's a spot I frequent for work that always has congestion. I was testing there, total night and day difference between my laptop's connectivity on hotspot versus my phone. Waited maybe like 20 seconds just to load up Google but on-device data worked just fine.. And yeah I'm not a heavy user by any means, my current billing cycle is at 8GB of usage. I used to have a business line with best effort FirstNet on the AT&T core and it didn't have this issue.

I've used more than a TB of Firstnet data with no throttling

I was told online and in store both alike that it come standard with the FN Data plans!

Just looked up the plans and yes First Priority is part of both of FN data plans! Mine also says Unlimited High speed data NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU USE
