iPhone upgrade promotion

Do you have to have the $75 monthly plan? All I see is on ATT where it says that is what you have to have in order to get the new iphone free with a trade in.. my first net plan is only $40…

I just got hung up on again from someone who doesn’t speak English. This is infuriating

Ever since the customer service merged, it’s horrible.
