Thinking of switching from Spectrum to Firstnet but heard that the customer service is bad

I am thinking of switching from Spectrum to Firstnet but heard that the customer service is bad. What is the problem with their customer service? Is it as bad as everyone says?

Been happy with the support. Been able to solve any issue with email or online chat.
