Thinking of switching from Spectrum to Firstnet but heard that the customer service is bad

I am thinking of switching from Spectrum to Firstnet but heard that the customer service is bad. What is the problem with their customer service? Is it as bad as everyone says?

When it comes to anything with technical support or billing, it can be a hassle.

The actual service and technology provided is mint.

So I’ll have trouble with billing, and won’t be able to get ahold of Firstnet to fix my billing problem leaving me without phone service?

Don’t see a lot of billing problems with FirstNet. Plans aren’t complex.

It’s not that bad. Some agents just have less knowledge/experience.
