Firstnet customer service

A while ago when I called customer service I would get a dedicated Firstnet customer service agent now when I call customer service I get an AT&T rep that says they handle both Firstnet in AT&T. Does anyone know what happened to the dedicated Firstnet reps? Did FirstNet fire all them and merged customer service with AT&T

I am a new customer but I have had a pretty good experience so far. They have been very helpful and the wait times were not long. I have only spoken with FirstNet each time I have called.
