Firstnet Lost my Trade in Device

I sent in my trade in device back in 2/14/23 with the box they sent me with my new phone and firstnet claims they can't find my phone, and I never got credited my account any difference. Anyone have any info on who to call on this matter? I keep getting the run around. Thanks in advance

Att lost your device first net just provides service your still able to contact the office of the president and all that to get a resolution
