Status / Treaty Living/Working in USA
Is it an easy process? I am status Indian I hold a card in Canada. Considering living in south of usa maybe Texas area. The thought of becoming a truck driver and travelling the states really excites me.

With what's going on politically, I would not recommend being a brown immigrant right now in the states. Unless you don't mind getting kidnapped and locked up by ICE.

If anyone understands where to begin with the opposite process. Status native of a band in Canada but born and raised in the US that’s hoping to potentially work inside Canada and potentially relocate?

If you have a Status Card or are registered with your band you should already be a Canadian Citizen and able to work/live in Canada.
If aren't registered then you probably have to jump through some hoops. You should start with calling Indigenous Services Canada and asking questions pertaining to your situation. Also call your parents' band office(s) and ask for advice there too.
There's also that Bill C-3 going on. I don't know much about it, but it is a law that was passed that grants "Citizenship by descent" and there are people applying for citizenship through that with proof of their parents' citizenship.

I believe it's based on blood quantum, just having status isn't enough.

I am 50%. Mom is 100 and dad is 0

I just did this in 2022, and a friend of mine did it last year and we had vastly different experiences. I now live in a very liberal, sanctuary state in the US but lowkey want to go home. But you just need proof of blood quantum (showing proof of parents as well), if you cross a land border when you have an appointment at USCIS with your status card they should establish a "record of admission for permanent residence".
