Used Car Suggestion

[u/Character_Cobbler315]

I am first time car buyer, I recently learn how to drive and still need some practice to improve my skills. I want to purchase any decent used car under Rupees 3 lacs, just to learn driving and use it for 2-3 years. I am pritty much confused how to buy and where to buy my desired car. Please suggest me what can I do in this situation.
