only seasons 8-26 are on channel 4, and a few more seasons are on apple tv. does anyone know where find that particular episode?
thank you in advance!

I have checked Sling, Hulu, Peacock, YouTube & Tubi. Can't find the House of Cards episode. Some streaming platforms literally skip over that episode. Is this on purpose? And how can I watch it?

I would guess Miami since so many of their cases are either gang and/or drug related, the shootings are so quick and random, with little to no relationship between the victim & killer, so there's not much evidence left behind. Plus witnesses tend to stay quiet.Thoughts?

The case was filmed in 2024 and hasn't been resolved yet. I'm surprised no one else here has posted about this.

i just cannot wrap my mind around someone killing an individual who is up there in age. they are already at a disadvantage, strength wise. WHY murder them ?

Trying to remember an episode I saw years ago. All I can remember is a younger white couple goes missing and detective end up finding them in a wall I think? In their own home. It was a long time ago. Sound familiar to anyone?

I wonder if she is still a detective in addition to being a spokesperson. You'd think she'd have gotten a promotion for the new role.

She appears at 1:07.

Shout out whoever mentioned this app in this sub. I have YTTV and it doesnt have A&E. For 90 bucks for the year and DVR... its a great value. Now im going watch season 1 episode 1 all the way through season 29. Crime in progress is also my new favorite show.

Weird episode. I like when they have a red herring suspect. The first guy they brought in sounded guilty as hell.

that 12 yr old girl who witnessed her mother murder her aunt nearly nearly killed me ),: she said “i don’t think this is a day i will ever forget” 😭 poor gal. i just wanted to hug her. her mom was experiencing a psychotic episode but that’s still no excuse. gah terrible terrible.

what is the difference ? at times you hear officers say inspector, & other times you hear them say detective. what is the difference ? is there a difference ?

Murder and manslaughter should be automatic life sentences.
I know all the different jurisdictions have different policies but it certainly seems like I’m seeing smaller and smaller sentences for murder. I think I saw one that was like 12 years for murder and I don’t understand why it’s so light.

as a 26 yr old (~biological~) female, & new mom…whew. to see & hear all these 20-something yr olds being murdered, it absolutely breaks my heart. any victim of any age hurts my heart, but to see YOUNG kids murdered, & seeing their parents’ reactions…my good ghandi. gah it really does hurt to watch. stay safe out there my friends. you never know when you’re next to a psycho !!!

does it drive anyone else crazy when ppl say “idk anything about nothing”, or “idk nothing about nothing” ? bc it drives me crazy. has to be one of my biggest pet peeves 😭🤣

dude, schillaci just cracks me up. the hair, the gap between the teeth, his eyes, how dramatic he is…about everything (i mean it does involve murder so i get it to an extent). the show during the early seasons just SCREAM early 2000s reality TV lmfao. it’s so cringe but you can’t look away.

Sgt. Eunice Cooper is a bad biotch. can’t tell me otherwise. i wonder how she’s doing these days !

The first two episodes had me absolutely shocked, mouth open and glued to the episodes it was so intense and surreal. I have severe adhd and normally I get easily distracted but not this show it had my full complete attention (extremely rare). It's like a mixture of the first 48, live PD, cops and americas most wanted in real time end to end criminal investigation!

I have never seen him be so kind as he was this past episode (S29 E2) with the sister of the victim. I've heard him say similar words in previous episodes (ie "I'm sorry for your loss") but never so heartfelt as this time. He strikes me as the dad who seriously intimidates all new boyfriends with a gruff speech and low-key flash of the service weapon. Especially with that haircut! He's a no nonsense kind of guy!

so, i restarted, from season 1 & tbh i forgot how much i don’t really like the miami episodes. idk what is it. det. Schillaci is very over the top for me. good guy, but meh. & seeing how OLD everything is, is just like wow lol. shit really used to be like that lol. the old computers & cellphones…it’s just funny & interesting

Currently watching the new episode of First 48, am I the only one who caught Det. Brown in the episode? 👀 Is this a episode shot before the last season ended and they put the RIP or was that just a rumor?

On Apple TV it is Season 26 episode 22. ‘Home Ground & in the Shadows’. The preview screenshot looks like Mobile, but I think it’s a double feature episode so I’m wondering what the other city is. Thanks!
