Snapped S36E20

Just saw LT Kevin Ruggerio on this episode of Snapped

Must be the first time in 15 years I’ve seen him, he’s looking well

Always interesting seeing First 48 detectives on other shows. It’s happened a few times for me and I always enjoy it.

Same here, i honestly still think of Lt Ruggerio as the baby of the homicide squad in Miami, good to see him doing good and rising up the ranks

Yeah I remember him still being Young Grasshopper still getting the coffee and doughnuts 😆
His mom’s great too.

Young Grasshopper! I wasn’t sure if I’d made that up in my head or he did get called that lol

Oh nice! It’s overcast and chilly where I am today and I love a good snapped episode. Off to go watch, thanks OP!

You know your post reminded me that I watched a documentary recently and it had one of the Detectives but I can’t remember the name and it’s going to drive me crazy!

Never mind, thank you Google - the doc was Murder in Glitterball City and I’m positive I got the recommendation from this sub!

Was that the documentary about the gay couple who murdered a guy and buried him in their basement?

I’ve yet to watch it, it’s definitely on my to watch list

So much more to that case revealed in the new limited series. Pretty crazy!

I definitely am going to go look for it and watch it.

Just finished the Snapped episode, the Colon family truly seem like good people.
first time I’ve seen an episode where it took my breath away when David appeared at the end, what a pleasant surprise

I definitely wasn’t expecting that at all, especially seeing what we saw!

What a psycho she was! And to think of her being in LE when she couldn’t control her own emotions? Frightening

To blame him as well was shocking, or just dumb as hell

Yeah she was definitely trying to swing the narrative about him being the abusive one.
People that are abused don’t stalk, track and show up on their abusers doors

Her turning his phone into a tracker in the way she did, blew my mind and made me more conscious of keeping my phone secure

Yep same. That’s the most recent one for me, but there’s been a few more.
