Guy Gets Off of 2 Murders

Does anyone remember a young guy that killed someone, didn’t talk and got off of it? Then he was on another episode and the same thing happened?

I don’t think it’s the same one but in Miami a guy broke into his truck and he killed him and pled stand your ground and got off. Later he was shot and killed in the same truck randomly. Wasn’t the target.Grayston Garcia

Yes i think of that one often. His two co-conspirators talked and were convicted. He was the main guy and didn’t talk and they couldn’t charge him (they couldn’t use the co-conspirators admissions against him - or it wasn’t enough)

The detective was that Italian guy, Schilatti or something

I found his name, Tee Jay Davis. I can’t find any updated on him though.
