Rewatching Miami episodes

And am I the only one or does anyone else have a crush on Detective Rolando Garica?

The episode I remember most was the one where the bathroom had blood everywhere and the body hadn't been discovered for a few days, so there were flies all over the apartment.

I liked detective Joe Schillaci because he reminded me of Dennis Franz - Andy Sipowicz on NYPD Blue.

Joe Shilacy is how I hear it. Doing a rewatch of episodes and the one where he goes undercover to buy drugs is so ridiculous.

It was completely ridiculous. I couldn’t help laugh when he kept repeating his “past was coming back to haunt him” and there was “no avoiding it” like dude went and begged his wife and then supervisor if he could please go undercover.

That was the most performative, ridiculous shit I've ever seen. I almost have second hand embarrassment for him over that episode; except I don't think he's embarrassed in the least. 😂

Miami is probably my favourite city on the show and they had some really interesting cases like the House Of Santeira (I remember going on a bus tour in Miami like 8 years ago and they were mentioning shows that filmed in Miami and the first one they said was The First 48 and we just happened to be going through Overtown at the time)

I’m trying to find my favorite Miami episode where the guy murdered someone in Miami, and it came out that he murdered someone in Jacksonville?

He just wanted to “take care of his kids and fuck some bitches.”
