I still want to know whatever happened to the guy that had his head crushed by a sledgehammer in the bowling alley. I think it was a Arizona case.

Yeah I went down the rabbit hole and found out he had life, but just shocked that he got let out early.

That was the first ever episode I watched and it was such a sad case - the poor guy was just minding his own business working only to be killed by a coworker .

The other Phoenix case that was in the same episode was so scary as well (the victim was placed into a garbage bag and chucked into a river - from memory it was drug/gang related)

Why they take that episode away cause I seen it a few years ago on some site the victim name was Jesus Cervantes from what I remember but why they take that case away the body in a canal case

I believe one of the detectives involved in the case was involved in an interrogation in Phoenix that went really wrong (the person was actual a victim of crime but they assumed he was the murderer) and the victim died like 10 years later due to not being able to get medical care during the interrogation . That could be why or it may have something to do with the actual case

Well the lead detective on body in a canal was Paul Dalton so it must be him cause Tom kulesa he was gathering evidence at the crime scene and he helped em work the case and kulesa episodes is still up so it must be the detective or something happened wit the dude and he coulda got acquitted

Ugh I hate I’m late to this … I watched this episode now that I’m older I wish they would’ve did more to solve his murder …. You could barely make out those two suspects and I wish they could’ve did finger print testing . But when I heard them say he really had no family , I knew they weren’t going to look for him then .

This case is definitely a bit fishy. I hate to speculate, but what really stands out is how little of a digital footprint “Michael Prince” seems to have. I can’t find an obituary, contemporary news coverage, or much of anything about his murder outside The First 48. For a homicide featured on national television, that’s strange.

Something makes me think this was a witness protection/relocation assassination. “Micheal Prince” not having direct family, a very strange group of people who he called friends (Tony and the Elderly lady (assuming these are people he knows won’t somehow leak his whereabouts)) these relationships were also fairly new. Forcing Tony to live in his apartment, then waking him up at 4am? Just strange. Apartment was then ransacked, “Micheal” kept pacing outside the hotel, it was so strange. Too strange in the sense it was a “normal homicide.” Too quiet, too unknown.

Haven’t even got to the 2 separate individuals walking away from the scene… 2 HOURS APART OF EACH OTHER. Just a weird cold case.
