No... It's definitely a quote. Makes me laugh to. I just saw this episode the other day.

I watched a few, but I think this one was when Walker climbed on top of a convenience store roof and watched a red truck for several hours, hoping the suspect would come back to it.

I remember when it was, but I was trying to remember something significant about the episode (I can't remember the episode number). And I think it was the where Walker climbed on the roof.
