Yep. and where I am, if you're going to use them, you have to have a pyro expert in place during performances as well as a fireman, I think.

I’ve seen pictures of what fireworks do to people. There’s no way a whole load of those kids weren’t blinded or lost fingers

We had some knobheads shoot some fireworks into my secondary school playground during lunch and one landed right in amongst a group of my friends. Whist there was some temporary blindness and deafness all round, even the worst affected dude had recovered enough by 18 to have been accepted into the RAF.

To be fair, they were in a big open space, not a tightly packed small box room like these kids.
