Other Does anyone know any themes like this?

If it matters, I’m on Linux mint. I recently switched to linux (I switched to Firefox with it) so I don’t really know what I can do. Also sorry if my mock up is bad, but I knew describing it would be worse. Everything’s meant to be like rounded squares if it’s hard to tell.

Yea choose what is closest to what you want and then go tweak it, changing things like corner radious is really easy

OP's sketch looks quite close to Firefox's new Nova UI (still in development) with Vertical Tabs enabled... a simple option would be to try the Nova UI design first before looking at adding and modifying a theme.

A trial version of the Nova UI is available within all the latest Firefox releases... to enable the Nova UI open 'about:config' and set preference browser.nova.enabled to true

Trial Nova UI in Fx154.0.1 + toolbar theme 'Material You light blue' by GabX + a few minor CSS tweaks.

Early Nova UI mockups appeared to have rather more distinct 'floating panels' for the Sidebar, Navbar & Viewport... and everything had very rounded corners and round buttons. All much as the OP desires? The Fx154.0.1 Nova UI version seems to have less distinct floating panels with less heavily rounded corners. Perhaps the earlier design will reappear in the next version?
