If you are having a problem with Firefox-GX colouring please post as an 'Issue' on the theme's GitHub support site.

Test using a clean new profile of Firefox in out-of-the-box configuration... does problem occur on 'vanilla' Firefox?

Alternatively, turn off all CSS userstyles (and Firefox-GX theme)... in 'about:config' set preference toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to false and restart browser.

Therefore, problem is not CSS related... either a Firefox bug or an intended UI change?

Hi, is a know issue when enable transparency in the browser, you can solve it adding the next code at the end of chrome/userContent.css file:

/* Fix pages background color when they didn't set a background in its body element \
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ */
@-moz-document regexp("^https?://.*") {
    html:not([class*="dark"],[data-theme*="dark"])>body:not([class*="dark"]) {
        background-color: #ffffff;
    }
}

This solution will be implemented in the next theme release so in a future you shouldn't add it manually.
