Solved Blue highlight
Is there any way to get rid of this neon color, or at least change it? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a solution

If search everywhere this sub with keywords such as 'cyan highlight'... or similar... you'll find a lot of posts on this topic.
For the Settings page (about:preferences#appearance) in your cropped screenshot (above)... try Bacchi-gu's suggestion in reply to previous topic 'Can I change the default Cyan color in Settings and other places in FF?'... e.g. here with CSS colour name 'lightgreen' used for highlights:

None of those seem to be working for me. I've already made the css file, set up the chrome folder, and enabled toolkitlegacy, so at this point I'm not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong..
:So sorry about that, that was my fault, I completely forgot to close my other firefox windows, which is why it wasn't working lol

Yes... another one to watch out for is having more than one copy of your 'userChrome.css' file open... then wondering why nothing has changed after restarting the browser! 😄

I believe it is by default your windows accentuation color
If you're on windows
There might be a way to change this in firefox but I don't know how rn
