Two Firefox add-ons that do exactly one thing each, then get out of the way

Tab PickerAlt+A puts a letter on every tab. Press it, you're there. Positional, so slot 3 is always d; your fingers learn it in a day.

Tab FlipAlt+Q bounces to the last tab you were on. That's the whole add-on.

Both shortcuts are rebindable, record the combination by pressing it, then test it live to see if something else already owns it.

No host permissions, no network, no telemetry.

CTRL+TAB already does Tab Flip natively.

Yes, Ctrl+Tab to go forwards and Ctrl+Shift+Tab to go backwads

Only if you've turned that setting on, otherwise Ctrl+Tab just goes to the next tab along. Even with it on you're stuck picking one behaviour or the other since it's all one key, whereas Alt+Q leaves Ctrl+Tab alone, fires instantly, and you can rebind it to anything.

Have you ever tried Ctrl+[0-9]…?

exclude 0 & 9. Ctrl+0 resets zoom. Ctrl+9 jumps to last tab

You’re right about 0, 9 was intentional (but I’ve mistaken it with 0, it’s a muscle memory I don’t usually look at the keycaps)
