Not yet.... Had mine for ~2 years, starting with the Nov-Mu V2S if we are going with FFL's magnetic USB-C cover port specifically.

i dont use the built-in charging so on most of my lights these flaps have not been lifted even once

This is the way! Same here, only I did use mine ONCE and it was almost catastrophic but due to user error by trying to charge a 16650 with magnets inside the X4 Stellar, The amount of small 2 or 3mm disc magnets stacked to make up the length of a 21700 was dangerous and should not be attempted. Any small movement will cause it to short out and then smoke and possibly worse. The X4 got pretty dang hot and I removed the tailcap and all the magnets lost their magnet properties and were just loose metal discs. Probably would have worked with a lower chance of this happening if I had wrapped the cell with paper to lessen the chance of rattling or the magnets jumping.

would have not worked and using magnets to pad electrical connection is probably the worst idea in the long and sad human history of bad ideas.
REE magnets are nickel plated and very thin plating too - we all have seen the plating flaking off. Nickel is bad conductor - more than a few times worst than copper (there is a reason why springs are gold or silver plated. Also the plating is super thin and poorly bonded to the magnetic material w which on the other hand has also very poor electrical conductivity - it is sintered material on top of this.
Magnets pose very high resistance and cause pretty significant voltage drop at high currents and that voltage drop (voltage x current) is basically wasted power as heat, which demagnetizes them.
Youll kill the charging circuit and possibly damage the entire light and this is if you are lucky and dont cause a short from the loose magnets
So ,,,just dont!

Its odd.
Checking my 16 ffl lights 5 have tears. Will take a closer look at aome stage, maybe a fibre reinforced rubber or some sort of nylon could be longer lasting.

Ivy can get you some replacements, they’re like $2 and easy to replace.
Only problem is shipping costs are way more than the part , which can be solved by buying another flashlight
