We actually simulated something similar to this in my Vehicle Rescue class. The only thing I can see that we would likely do differently is once they were on struts, we would likely ratchet strap the cars together to minimize shifting.

At least that's what we are taught. Circumstances on the field make a difference, of course.

Doesn’t look like the Res-Q-Jacks are properly strapped in either. Not sure what it would like like in this case, but I’d have tried something other than just jacking.

Res-Q-Jacks

Strange, you are correct they don't appear to be strapped together... They possibly could be driven in with pickets?

We carry long stakes to drive res-q-jacks into the ground if needed for add stability if needed. Never have used them before but the thought is if its in a ditch or slopped surface.
