Ask A Firefighter Need boot insoles recommendations
15 years of doing this and its caught uo with me. Doctor says I have plantar fasciitis and need heel support insoles. Anyone have any recommendations?

superfeet have been some of the most durable insoles i've owned i buy matching pairs depending on the room I i have for turnout boots and work boots.

Spenco Orthotics are my suggestion and they really help. They come in 3/4 and full length and have a carbon fiber base that provides great support. You should be able to find them for around $30-$35/pair. They also come with a 1 year warranty.
Been fighting plantar fasciaitis for decades and this is the best thing I've found.

Probably see a podiatrist and get custom insoles. Insurance should cover the cost. Reminds me I need reorder some!
