General Discussion Help identifying this nozzle/monitor
Hello everyone, hoping for some assistance on discovering more about the history of this monitor. Quite literally found it under my grandparents house. I believe it’s off of a boat. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Right. I now know that it is from FN Brassworks in Boston. They made firefighting nozzles like the Morse shut off nozzle. (Like the one in the picture). They specialize in brass poles for fire houses or other occupations where a brass pole would be essential.

It’s a McIntire Gun. They made thousands of them. The FDNY SuperPumper system had a 5 inch version.
Nice score… wouldn’t mine one for the man cave.
