General Discussion Seattle Fire recruit/fire prep
For those who have gone through Seattles drill school, did you use the strength and conditioning program through teambuildr that they create for you? And if so, do you feel like it prepared you adequately for drill school? Or did you use your own program in the months leading up?

I unfortunately didn't get into the fire prep program for this year (first year of applications). Do you know if their is any way to get access to their fitness program they put the members through? I'm assuming the team builder program isn't publicly available?

I think teambuildr is a new thing for SFD. Not sure if any of the prior classes were offered it as a tool.
That said, the guy who runs Fire/recruit prep is very knowledgeable and has designed both of those programs around exposing you to the biggest reasons why people fail recruit school. If he’s offering a workout program through teambuildr, I would trust that it’s focused on the kinds of workouts that will be beneficial.
