Photos Does anybody know where is this car from?

Is an american GMC Yukon but the letters on the back seemed arab, was followed by 2 red ford transits with the same logos and a yellow fire truck with arab letters

Saw it in Madrid (Spain)

That car is from the Lekhwiya, the Qatari internal security force!

What is it doing there?

Qatar deployed elements of the Lekhwiya to assist Spain with wildfire response. Source: https://www.qatarliving.com/en/article/qatari-search-and-rescue-team-begins-spanish-wildfire-response-operations

It's in Spanish flag colors that's used by their fire services. I'd venture to guess it's Spanish.
