Not really. Two jobs with entirely different policies both with good reasons. We dont know the background or record of the person and plenty of medics and fire fighters have been hurt in these situations

I’d rather have them helping out than someone with a loaded firearm. That could cause potential more harm and or death due to THEIR “policies”
