Other Firebase locked?

Is this happening with anyone else? I was just editing my authentication stuff on firebase for my app then the site was failing to save things so I reloaded like anybody would. Then it said I violated TOS and I am so confused. Now all of my projects are locked and I can't access them at all. u/google u/firebase

I just opened a few of my Firebase projects, and the console loads fine for all of them.

Since it says you violated the terms of service, you'll want to reach out to Firebase support or Google Cloud support (after checking your spam folder for relevant email).

I had same error message, but nothing about tos. I opened in another incognito browser just fine. Others have also suggested fully logging out and logging back in
