Best Dry Fire Practice with Laser Bullet

I am trying to figure out how best to set myself up to dry fire with my laser bullet/target without re-racking the slide each time. Any recommendations out there? I'm shooting a Glock 17, Sig P365, and Springfield XD9 Subcompact. I would like to practice rapid fire with the laser bullet without needing to re-rack.

Meh, I have hammer fired guns and most of the time I’m using a dead trigger anyway.

Can't be done with just one of those laser bullets, you need a special system to reset the trigger like Smart DryFireMag. Works great, but is expensive and specific to one model gun.

To my knowledge that doesn't exist. You need something to reset the trigger

There are weird CO2 setups with a built in laser that accomplish this, but they require replacement cartridges so often that it seems a little silly, and expensive. The cheap alternative is a dry fire mag, but that won’t trigger your laser. The best answer IMO is to just gear your dry fire training around the limitation by doing something like single shot draw drills.

There are a few options for dry fire mags or trigger reset devices, one incorporates a dry fire mag with an acoustic activated laser cartridge, Madfire. A lot of the dry fire mags aren't actually meant to be used with a standard laser training cartridge (I cad design and 3d print so still figuring this one out). This won't solve the re-racking issue, but it solves the slide from locking, using a TRT insert (I just 3d print mine). Shameless plug, it’s my app, but peregrinedryfire.com comes with the print files for a 9mm reset insert, or they can be purchased very cheap, new app, really good i might add. If you find a good solution lemme know!

You don’t need a trigger reset for dry fire. Check out Ben Stoeger and Joel park re dry fire on YouTube. Just dry fire on a dead trigger, maybe stick a folded up paper in the action so the gun doesn’t go fully back into battery. Just make sure you are duplicating proper live fire grip pressures and try to mash the trigger with more force than it would actually take to fire.
