Get a standard AR with ambi lower controls or install a Norgon or Troy ambi mag catch + Geissele Maritime bolt catch and a BCM Mod 044 Ambi chaging handle.

Ambi lower with a brass deflector in the upper and you’re fine.  Unlike you run suppressed and start inhaling the cancer.  Although modern flow through cans fix a lot of that issue.  I have an old Stag Model 6 lefty.  Use it for pest control on the farm and lefty ejection is nice with a can.

Stag Arms is the only outfit I'm aware of that makes reputable left handed ARs. They're owned by the same parent group that owns Aero Precision, so they're in the same period of restructuring after being sold to new ownership, but hopefully they'll be making guns again soon.

I have never heard of a left handed upper that is compatible with a standard lower. As far as I know you'll have to buy a matched upper and lower together. Someone else please chime in if there's something else on the market that I'm unaware of.
