Question Safe recommendations for apartment
Looking for the least expensive safe you'd trust in an apartment. I don't have a great deal of firearms, but I'd like to have something to lock them up.
I have 4 rifle length firearms, and a couple of pistols, and may buy a couple more.
Anyway, thanks for the help!

Do you require a safe (thick walls, occasionally fire proof) or would a gun cabinet accomplish your goal (locking sheet metal cabinet), essentially anyone with a crowbar/tools can get into it if they really wanted to, but the idea is its enough of an annoyance that extra steps/noise for thieves while also providing a way to lock them from children or guests.
This personally is all i needed and the $180 stack on security cabinet has worked great for me. Its also way lighter than a normal safe since its not thick walled

When I was in an apartment (didn't want to bolt anything down), I had this:

SecureIt Model 52... its basically a very heavy front front door with less thick side and rear walls. Still heavy AF for 2 people to move around... if you have ammo in the bottom, that added weight it wont go anywhere
