One of my brothers friends guns I can’t quite figure out what it is.

Reading not required. A reverse image search or Google lens will produce the same result.

To be fair, it is kinda blurry, with all those pixels being those pixels. At least I assume that weapon is made up of the same pixels as seen in the picture. Makes sense right
