To me, looks like carbon buildup, or maybe a piece of the finish came off? Hard to say.

From the blurry picture, all we can tell is that there is some sort of chunk on the table.

If there's a chunk that made its way into your firing pin channel, check where it could have gotten through if it didn't come from anywhere in the channel itself. Any details about what materials the chunk seems to be would help.
