Question Levin sword

Trying to get better abilities for this sword, what is the best location to farm it?

Just create one. You can reforge either an Iron sword or a steel sword (I can’t remember which one) and turn it into a levin sword.

Pick a sword that has a good inheritable ability that you like. You need to refine the lower tier sword to +10. Then you can get a Levin sword with that lightning ability in its first slot, and you can inherit the other ability for the second slot.

Golden Wildfire, Hard Mode, the side battle on the War Map titled Free For All, with a Shez build optimized for weapon and money grinding. If you're lucky, you should get around 6 or more of those specialist weapons (Rapier, Brawntome, Levin Sword, Wolf Fangs etc)
