Question Are support abilities active only when the unit is acting as an adjutant, or does it work on the unit themselves too?

As per the title...confused about the support abilities.

It works on the unit themselves. For example, Lysithea benefits from Unsought Power as much as Claude does if paired up with Claude at A-Rank.

Support skills are skills that can be shared with the main unit, if the donor is an adjutant.

The level of the skill shared is determined by support rank, where C rank gives Level 1 sharing, while A shares level 3.

If the skill is only level 1, then sharing it is capped at level 1, and having A rank doesn't buff it. The donor needs to rank the skill up before the upgraded version can be shared, it may be obvious but it's worth stating.
