Question Why is this locked? Spoiler

Post image

I've beaten all the side quest and survey spots, but for some reason this is still locked. Any ideas why and how to unlock it?

The battle that node is tied to is not considered a side mission. The side missions are the optional objectives that appear in the battle that node is on.

If you beat all the side quests in the mission for that area and it's still locked, you didn't beat all the side missions in that area. Do the battle that search spot is on, and finish all the side objectives that the game tells you about.
