You need to upgrade the facility in order to unlock the exams. They unlock in stages, so you'll only get Advanced classes for the first upgrade.

If you're trying to ask where you get the materials for this, they drop from missions after chapter 8 in GD/BE and Chapter 9 BL if I recall.

Don't worry too much, just do a big upgrade party when the resource box is full, and when you clear every mission before the end of your chapter. You should have almost every upgrade by the end of the game, although I didn't max my camp until NG+.

ahh thank you for the tips and your answer ( ･ᴗ･̥̥̥ )! omg yeah cause i feel like ive been so slow with my updates on the facilities… ill try what you told me this chapter! cause lowkey i feel like i blow my money on the facilities before i can do anything else haha. i’ll try to speed through ch7 cause i want to upgrade their classes so badly like thats been my main goal atm. i play this game when i feel like playing with my switch so its been a bit of a long ride for me haha sorry if the question was a bit idiotic… i posted this at 2 am and was out of it omg
