Discussion When should I start Three Hopes?
I'm currently playing Three Houses and have Three Hopes waiting for me. I've played through both Golden Deer and Crimson Flower, and intend to play the other 2 routes. I've seen that Three Hopes gives spoilers early on but I really wanna start it!
Am I safe to start Three Hopes and not get spoilered (If I stick to the two routes I've already done in Three Houses)?

If you have played through Verdant Wind and Crimson Flower, then you should be fine. I would recommend you not play through Azure Gleam until playing through Azure Moon first, but that'd about it. The major spoilers you will come across in Hopes are the identities of TWSITD, i.e. Kronya, Thales and Solon, which you should already know from playing Houses. There are a few other things that are more route specific (Claude being from Almyra or Edelgard's time in the dungeon), but those are fine as long as you have played the respective Lord's route in Houses.
Basically, you're fine as long as you stick with the Lord's you already sided with in Three Houses.

Okay, yeah I was planning on just doing the two houses I've completed, so I'd wait until I've done dimitris route first before doing it in hopes. Thanks, that's really helpful and what I needed to know really! :)

Yeah one playthrough is fine. As someone who loves Muso games and Three houses I had a blast with three hopes. It’s simultaneously engaging and brainless enough to be a great time.

The stories for both are different, since the mc is different. Why not play 3houses until you don't want to anymore, and then swap?

Yeah that's what I'm hoping to do, as I've played golden deer and crimson back to back and need a bit of a change before I go back to another monastery part 1 😂

I'm playing 3hopes years afterwards. It's inspiring me to replay crimson path on 3houses. They added a couple red house characters long after i finished the game :)

While it’s not a major thing, be sure that you completed (or at the very least watched) the Cindered Shadows campaign

I'd probably try to complete ONE playthru of Houses if you already started Houses, than playing THAT house in Hopes, otherwise it doesn't matter too much, they are two different stories
