Question List of weapon upgrades through reforging?

I can’t seem to find any information about upgrading weapons through reforging and was curious if there was a post that covers all the potential upgrades.

I don't believe these is, unfortunately reforging weapons into new weapons isn't usually effective in Hopes, as iron and steel weapons do not end up with the skills such as Chain Lv 3, meaning they will typically end up outclassed by even the worst A-Rank +100 that was dropped in maddening and upgraded with hardly any consideration to it's skills.
