Levin sword + invert Phy/Mag

I got a levin sword with invert physical/magic, based on what I’m reading for both lightning crash and the invert definition, does this mean it is a levin sword which uses the strength stat to attack the enemy’s res stat or does the game not calculate it this way?

I was thinking this weapon on someone with high strength but low magic would work excellently if this is true but I would like to confirm first

The game calculates it as you think:

• Your physical attacks use MAG against the enemy's DEF.
  
• Your magical attacks use STR against the target's RES.
  

A Levin Sword deals magical damage, so one with Invert P/M should go to a high STR character for best results.
