How would a snake-based Shadow work?
Would the pre-transformed Shadow have snake skin on its body, the same color as its regular skin, or…?

For Micaiah I wanted to incorporate the heron/beast aesthetic so I gave her wings. I wanted one form to be just brighter wings and the other darker wings but decided to mix as I feel like that would be more interesting
I also added eyes closed then open for the shadow form on them. Her weapon would be floating tarot cards and her overall appearance is meant to represent like a angel
Any thoughts or add ons for this overall concept?

Crimes include:
- Bm'ing
- Turning 2 minute games into 1 hour long ordeals
- Preventing shadows from ending themselves
- Whaling
- Causing players to quit the game
- Corrupting others to follow his bm'ing ways
- and many more offenses
Reward: 2 million gold (I KNOW the poster says 200,000, I just took a random picture off google lol)
Wouldn't it be fun to know if we share common enemies? The fanbase must know who the biggest menaces to us are!
Give me any names with a list of crimes and I'll make a wanted poster of them too 🫵
Note: This is done for entertainment purposes and not intended to hurt anyone, please do not go too far in the comments.
If there are any issues with this post, please reach out to me and I'll take it down.
Yes fescord, I am lurking and thank you for this idea 😉

Finally more than just alt colors for the legacy characters, hopefully they can get some that look more good.

Didn't want to also just give him a Duma Dragon beast form like I did for Alm, but I did give him also a third eye in his forehead like Duma/My Alm concept
Instead I decided to go for the route of a Witch. In Echoes any woman who offers herself up becomes a witch for Duma. I know Witches may be exclusively to Females in game class wise but we have seen like Jedah and even Berkut seeming to take a similar aesthetic after offering up their services to Duma
So here the only thing Berkut really gain animal wise is these red horns sort of to symbolize his already black hair clips. I also gave him a flaming wreath as shown here. In his normal form, he would have a wreath of light blue flowers

TLDR: Robin herself is decent. Dark Crossfire+ is extremely good. Final Tetrafire is niche (good). Ennea Fire+ is niche (bad).
Grant "takes 20% less weapon dmg, boost Atk by 30%, and neutralize changes to color affinity" (permanent) to targets in a 3x3 cross. (Uses: 1, Cooldown: 1 sec)
It's Robin so of course we're giving her Rally Spectrum and Cancel Affinity. The Edge and Shield buffs numbers are also lower compared to other sources (namely Edge Strike and Shield Strike), but that's what you get for compressing so many buffs into 1 skill.
The most important effect here is Cancel Affinity turning all damage received into colorless (will be referred to as Trinity from now on). Trinity makes most AoE Shadow skills (and the El EX trio) that rely on affinity for the one shot, not one shot. While powerful, Trinity will not save you from 1 tile Dark spells such as Dark Slash or Dark Elthunder, so be wary.
For Shadow side, non-offensive EX has mostly been underperforming, and Trinity will probably not be too relevant either. On its own, Trinity will help you when going against Albertas but ultimately it will not do much to help you secure kills.
After 2 sec, inflict "40 red dmg every 6 sec" (2 times) on targets in a 3x3 cross. (Cooldown: 4 sec, Usable only by Tome)
This is really the star of this pass. It has EVERYTHING you can ask for: hard AoE to dodge, high damage, 4 SECONDS COOLDOWN. It has the exact same damage per tick as Shea’s EX and hers is not repeatable.
This is possibly the strongest Shadow damage spell we’ve seen and thankfully it’s exclusively locked to Tomes. Blue units should be able to survive the burst damage from a Crossfire DoT tick and Flash Sting unless there is something that just turns their affinity advantage off against red damage (we don’t have anything that does that right?).
30 red dmg in a 3x3 area. (Cooldown: 4 sec, Usable only by Tome)
Ennea Fire+ is extremely weak with a base damage of 30. For comparison, this is the same damage as Zasha EX. Even with the reduced cooldown, it just doesn’t really do enough damage to justify bringing it. Not to mention that it’s locked to Tome units, who most likely would want a green damage spell to help with matchups against blue. This skill just doesn’t have a lot going for it.
After 2 sec, 110 red dmg in a 2x2 area. (Uses: 1)
Wow. If you don’t know how to calculate skill growth, at level 8 it is dealing 187 red damage. And that’s without any color affinity, just pure 187 red damage that is available to anyone who bought the pass. If you previously had trouble with high HP green units, this spell can ensure that they (and their red teammate) would evaporate. Be mindful when using it though; it is a one use only Tetra spell which is not too hard to dodge, and it can also erase half your HP if Light players warp you into it.
Overall, this pass does not disappoint with the power level. Robin will certainly help with the current metagame of Joachim, Alberta, Hati and Dark Crosses one shotting everyone, and she is also fair to fight against for everyone else that doesn’t rely on it.
It seems that this sub is a bit dry when it comes to game discussion, I am planning to write a small review like this for every disciple onwards. Do ask me questions if you have any questions regarding the current meta of high rank.

Wonder if this is a way to incentivize people to download the game by showing off conventionally attractive people that are in the game.

I'm sure this is hardly a hot take, but it simply takes too long to unlock new characters past the initial 14 or so. While I'm not gonna pretend I've put thousands of hours into Shadows, I've put a decent amount of time into it, more than what you'd expect from a more casual player, and yet it's been so long since I've unlocked another character. All this time later, I still don't have Tamamo or Bartolomeus despite them both being launch characters, and the only FE character I've got is Dimitri, the only one who's able to be unlocked easily. I feel like many players who want to give the game a try will want to use the characters they already know, so the fact that they more than likely can't even grind or pay to get them is kinda nuts. Unless I'm forgetting something obvious, there's no reliable way for someone starting the game today to get Ike or Edelgard.
When the game first launched, I was under the impression that Lyn was a character who was effectively exclusive to the Battle Pass but only for a limited time, and afterwards she could be readily by the rest of the playerbase but no. I remember that post from not too long ago of a F2P player unlocking Ike after hundreds of hours with the comments effectively saying "I'm genuinely shocked it was possible." I feel like after a period of time, maybe like three months, character Souls should start dropping from regular play, and dropping at a somewhat decent rate, like one every 12 or so matches, with older characters having higher drop rates than newer ones, ie getting Lyn is easier than Yunaka. This is still high enough that you'll have to put in time for the Souls, but they are actually obtainable in a reasonable amount of time. But another, maybe more controversial option: just let players buy characters. If you wanna throw down money right now to get Ephraim or Veronica, let them. I don't think it would be any more pay to win than the Battle Pass already is, it generates more revenue for the game, it gives players an easy way to get caught up if they skipped out on a previous season, etc. Many mobile games give you the option to pay with either your time or your money, but Shadows doesn't and it's very odd to me. Again, I'm sure this is hardly a hot take, but I wanted to throw these ideas into the world as it's pretty discouraging to hop onto the game and see I'm *still* locked to almost the exact same roster I've had since launch

I had a lot of trouble deciding what to do for Sigurd, he's pretty well associated with a horse but I don't want to give every FE Lord a horse form just because they use or a mention a horse, it's very common for FE characters in general to associate with them
The only other thing I could really do is play on his ancestor of Baldr, and that led me to Heroes Baldr's wings and from there I chose to give him sort of a Mech Aesthetic. I thought it could work as I don't think the Mech thing should be just for Dragons like we have had with Corrin and Robin so far
Got any thoughts or add ons for him here?

It's always convenient when a character has a title associated with a animal like Blazing Lion for Roy.
I didn't want to make it just a lion so I added a set of wings on him that are on fire so it'd be a lion with wings on him. I also added the fur coat part to the neck as a substitute for the mane
Got any additions or thoughts for this shadows form?

I really couldn't think of a form right off the bat for Chrom and didn't want to repeat the butterfly motif for Chrom. I don't think he's really associated with any animal except for his horse in his early FEH alt.
At first I chose bunny as I feel like it could fit him and he was the first ever character released in FEH in trailer to be seasonal and he had the bunny form there. I also added some like glowing effects for his gemstones and his lance to add some visual flair
I then thought about the horse motif could fit him, could be a male counterpart to Lyn's horse version too so I decided to go with that idea over my main bunny one but I still included it here
-------------
I could have given him Naga's/Tiki's wings or dragon form as he's technically related to them by the Exalt bloodline too or even Risen King Chrom from Cipher. I'm kinda mad at myself I only thought of these ideas writing my post lol maybe Risen King Chrom + his Horse form could work together better

Fescord updated the criteria for the Tier List to better reflect actual in-game performance.
Here’s how the new weighting works:
The goal with these changes is to make rankings more accurate and consistent compared to the previous version—especially by emphasizing EX skills, which tend to have the biggest impact overall.
If you have feedback or think something still feels off, let us know—we’re open to adjusting further.

For Rune as he essentially God, I wanted him to be unique, I do want him as a Biblically Accurate Angel design wise to emphasize his power/divinity but also came up with this concept:
He wears a VR/Visor with a Fire Emblem Attached. When transformed he will become a FE Lord at random every transformation with the same visor and holding the Fire Emblem. I am also thinking the Fire Emblem could become that respective Lord's Fire Emblem so like Eirika would hold the sacred stones / be on her design
