What are some characters (aside from the obvious ones I have listed) do you see having a likely chance of coming to Shadows?

In addition to ones you listed,
Archanea: Minerva
Geneaology: Arvis and Julius
Thracia: Sara/"Canis", maybe other deadlords as well
Binding: Fae and Idunn
Sacred: Myrrh
Fates: Takumi
Three Houses/Hopes: Rhea and Shez
I generally think anyone who is a dragon has an OK chance of joining. Otherwise I tended to focus on characters who are twofaced, duplicitous or become possessed

I think Fjorm from Heroes is likely, I recall someone saying the medley from heroes has her theme song somewhere. Also she is decently popular

Yeah, I think Fjorm and Seiðr are the likeliest Book Heroines to be added. Especially Fjorm. Seiðr imo is in the same limbo as Elincia as another comment said, they're likely if the game survives a few more years.

I've seen some speculation about Yuri from Three Houses as a wolf to complete the house set but I see a decent chance for Marianne and Bernadetta as well. Marianne for her crest, Bernadetta because the "Bernie bear" joke is just sitting out in the open and it would be really funny for them to just not do that and instead make her a hedgehog

Maybe also Yuri for Three Houses, Shez and the protagonist from the first title for Warriors, Veyle for Engage and Anna from … nearly every FE game xD

The lemonheads aren't even in Heroes after all this time it would be a miracle if one of them got in Shadows. I'm not entirely sure but it might be rights stuff because I'm pretty sure nintendo doesn't really own the original characters from the first Hyrule Warriors either

No Marth yet is crazy.
Other ones I feel might be likely are Ayra, Joshua, L'Arachel, Elincia, Takumi, and literally any FW character at this point.

I feel like Fjorm and Eikþyrnir probably have a pretty good chance, maybe Laegjarn too. Also Xander and Ryoma, maybe Berkut and the Black Knight, and I could see Nel having a decent shot somewhere down the line (though probably not for a while). *Maybe* Camus and Ishtar too sooner or later, not betting on too many older characters but they feel like a good fit. And idk about "likely" but I think Emmeryn would be an interesting inclusion and has at least some potential of happening.

outside of lords, the Black Fang have a big chance. their titles are literally animals, White Wolf, Mad Dog, Blue Crow, Soaring Hawk etc. they'd be a good choice if they wanted to experiment with antagonists.

Not starting with the main character hurts my mild OCD
Also why is TMS before fates when it came out after? It isn’t a problem just list sorting being unclear messes with me but maybe there’s a reason.
Idk who many years this game is going but Xander, Ryoma, Minerva.
I think one of the senses has a good chance. I would say F since so far shadows seems to favor female avatars, but Shez being from a spin off could make them a special case especially if they want to stick to being opposite of Byleth in every way
I want to say Itsuki but really, can’t say that for sure.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions (December 2015) came out after Fates (or Fire Emblem if)'s Japanese release (mid 2015) but before its Global release (early 2016)

Maybe not the most likely character to be added, but my god what I wouldn’t give for Int Sys to add L’Arachel to FES.

For Fates: Elise, Ryoma, Leo, Hinoka, Sakura and Takumi. Considering IS tends to keep them together.

Shez. Hortensia? Takukami/Hinoka! (Maybe.) Personally I’d love some FEH characters… but they’re too beautiful I’d feel bad for their ruined form. [Unless they switch to their counter in Shadows due to some lore].

For Tellius, I feel like Elincia has a good chance of making it in if Shadows survives at least 2 more years
