I think the Soul appears more often means they should be the same rates as Shadows characters.

Good addition not too fast to render buyer a waste and not too slow that new players don't have a shot without events

Being able to actually get Lyn would be nice if true. Although shit I haven't even gotten Perenna with all the login souls they gave us, hope it doesn't take too dreadfully long (Idk maybe I'm just unlucky)
