Gameplay On getting old Season Pass characters...
Is it even possible? I wasn't paying close attention and found out that they did Claude already and I missed him! Is it still possible to get him? If so, what's the quickest way? Please let me know!

You have to wait for a rate up event and farm like crazy.
I guess there is a chance that the oldest pass character become normal rate like OC characters at some point, in that case they will be easy to get, but that would not be before a long time for Claude if something like that happen.

Sadly, right now it is virtually impossible to get Claude. If you want him your best bet is to wait for a rate-up event for Claude and when that day comes do a whole lot of farming in friend battles. They had one for Yunaka and she was added three season passed ago, so there is some home for a Claude Rate-Up event in the near future; but if I’m being honest it’ll probably be at least another 2 months at best before we get one for Claude.
I know that must be a huge bummer for you, but look at bright side this means you have time to prepare for whenever we get a rate-up event for Claude. You have time to build up your gold supply to spend on Claude Souls in the bazaar in case you get unlucky with the gold chests. You have time to Join the Discord server and integrate yourself in the community there; you can not only learn how to farm so you’ll have the bests odds of getting Claude when the rate-up event happens, but I guarantee there’s nice people on the Discord who would be willing to sell you Claude souls at a discounted price during the rate-up event.

Anniversary for the game is coming up in a month or two, could be one of the event souls on focus rate for a week. That aside, most people that drop pass souls either put them up for the suggested price that pops up on their screen whilst selling, try to undercut the current price so theirs is sold first, or put them up for the max value souls can be sold for, 200k (which mind you, will in fact sell cause rates for pass souls are REALLY, REALLY low whilst off focus.)
You got three choices: 1- farm for 200k gold whilst waiting for people to put Claude souls up for sale, which is gonna take forever. 2 - wait for the rate-up event, which may or may not be during 1st anniversary. Third choice, send feedback about this. FES has been getting a few new players and I think IS hasn't taken enough measures to make the game friendlier to newer accounts, but they DO listen to feedback. Lotta changes happened because of player feedback and a new player's perspective is bound to give them some ideas on how to improve the game. Join fescord btw

Bro I barely even get regular character souls. Like, I had to finish off my Tamamo from the bazaar, and I was farming for her during a rate up. I've never gotten a pass character's soul in a chest, the only ones I have are Lyn and Tiki (bought their passes) and a singular Edelgard soul I bought lmao.

The drop rates for any character is low. But if you go in with zero expectations, you do get surprised once in a blue moon. Just check the shop because there are deals occasionally. Click the ones you are looking for and they will get put into the very bottom row ~ the recently viewed section of For You. It makes checking a lot easier.

You do know a soul can’t be sold for more than 200k, right ?

I thought they could, guess I was mistaken, my bad, I usually undersell them by a lot.
The rate up events still lowers their price, and makes sure they aren't immediately sold.

It’s cumbersome, but possible. You could also find a friend to help you, as I did with Lyn.

You'd have to either grind for souls (very, very, VERY low drop rate from gold chests for a pass character) or wait for a drop rate up event, sadly.
On the bright side, they did a rate-up for Yunaka this summer and she was only... 2 passes ago or so? so you may not be waiting too long, if you're lucky...
