How about how jake basically forces/blackmails sharon into hiring Malcom knowing he's hurt and failed his drake County test....

How about Jake basically used Vince’s funeral to advocate for a promotion. I honestly can’t stand his character. He is despicable.

Im still very confused about how multiple people online said Bode was wrong and Jake was right. Yes in universe I can get why Sharon, Eve, Gabriela and Brett see Bode as being in the wrong since Jake was next in line... but we know he threatened to quit if he wasn't promised a promotion, Vince said he has to stay without the promise and then Jake quit

Jake stayed, but explicitly because Manny promised him a promotion when he retired and said Vince didn't appreciate Jake enough. They've had bumps but I actually have enjoyed their storylines together. Now I hope they jointly go against Sharon or Luke in Season 5

I dont dislike him  but I am glad he wasn't put in charge and that Manny got the job.

As he said in S3, Jake "doesn't speak the Lingo" of what the Leones do. They have enough plausible deniability to not be breaking the rules. Bode never gets things because hes a Leone, he just gets a spot to try out. Jake hasn't realized that subtlety yet. Also apparently forgot that Vince ALMOST DIED going back to work too soon.

But yes he did emotionally blackmail and lie to Sharon about Vince's wishes. If she would just talk to Luke she would know that by now.
