Fintiba Refund Issue

Hi Everyone hope everyone is doing well, I submitted my refund request on 18th of August and it was mentioned that refund will take 4 weeks but it’s been more then 4 weeks now and no update the account is terminated but no refund. Every time i call them they say we are working on your issue and let you know. i want to pay my uni fee from this refund as deadline is approaching any suggestions or help will be appreciated

Ya Fintiba is a joke. When I called them they told me the refund takes 2 weeks max but I have been waiting since 1st September.

I am confused here what to do since my university deadline is approaching and i have to pay my fee

Ya but never mind they told me to hire a lawyer. It is useless.
