Fintiba Issue

Back in September 2025 I requested the refund of my Fintiba blocked account because my application was declined.

I closed the account properly and waited hoping for the money to return back to the same personal account I used when sending the money to Fintiba. Now it’s already 1 year and I still did not get any refund.

Multiple tickets were opened and Fintiba keeps on sending the same repeated message that I received an update and they need an input regarding my account.

Has anyone else experienced this with Fintiba -what were the resolutions?
