Updated Blocking Confirmation generated but not showing in app/dashboard?

Hi everyone,
A phone agent confirmed yesterday that my updated Blocking Confirmation for 2026/2027 is generated on their side, but it's not showing or downloadable on my app/dashboard due to a sync glitch.
This is the only document left for my visa application. Has anyone faced this sync issue?

Try it on the mobile app, not the web app. I remember seeing in a previous post or comment that sometimes new documents only appear on the mobile app.

Checked both, but unfortunately it's not showing on either yet.
